Every pieces are handmade from clay by our talented potters from Vietnam, so imperfection is expected. Crazing (fine cracks in the glaze), color hues, and other inconsistencies can occur and is a normal part of the ceramic process which makes the pieces unique. It does not affect functionality, just embraces the beauty of wabi sabi.

We offer a flat $8 shipping rate for orders over $40. Small orders with less than $40 ship for $7. Orders over $150 qualify for free domestic standard shipping.

Please allow 2–4 business days for packing and handling. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, take photos and let us know within 48 hours. We'll use the details you provided to file a claim with USPS.
