All sales are final. No exchanges and cancellation accepted once the order placed.
Every pieces are handmade from clay, so imperfections are expected. Crazing (fine cracks in the glaze), color hues, and other inconsistencies can occur and is a normal part of the ceramic process which makes the pieces unique. It does not affect functionality.
Shipping & Handling
We offer a flat $9 shipping rate within the U.S. Orders over $180 qualify for free domestic standard shipping.
Please allow 2–4 business days for packing and handling. During peak times, processing may take a bit longer.
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays on delivery.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, take photos and let us know within 48 hours. We'll use the details you provided to file a claim with shipping carrier.
- If your package is delayed too long during transit, we’ll initiate a search with the carrier and file lost package. We’ll do our best to help you if a problem occurs with your orders.

PRODUCT CARE
Our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, unless noted otherwise - however, we recommend hand washing with warm water, mild soap (optional), and a soft sponge to best preserve the glaze’s quality and finish.

CLAY-TO-SLAY PROCESS
Each piece begins as raw clay, shaped by hand and wheel into form. Once dried, it’s bisque-fired to strengthen the body, then glazed to add texture and color. A final kiln firing seals the finish, bringing out the piece’s unique character. The entire process is slow, taking anywhere from two weeks to a month per batch, always one of a kind.
