SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer a flat $8 shipping rate for orders that include ceramics. Smaller items like a whisk or whisk holder ship for $7.

Orders over $165 qualify for free standard shipping.

Please allow 2–4 business days for packing and handling. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or package lost caused by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

While we always strive to deliver the best service, if there’s an issue with your order, such as incorrect or damaged items, please reach out to us asap, we'll do our best to help you resolve.

PRODUCT CARE

Our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge to best preserve the glaze’s quality and finish.

Please note: Crazing, fine cracks in the glaze, can occur and is a normal part of the ceramic process. It does not affect the functionality of the piece as long as it doesn't extend into the clay body.

CLAY-TO-SLAY PROCESS

Each piece begins as raw clay, shaped by hand and wheel into form. Once dried, it’s bisque-fired to strengthen the body, then glazed to add texture and color. A final kiln firing seals the finish, bringing out the piece’s unique character. The entire process is slow, taking anywhere from two weeks to a month per batch, always one of a kind.
